Accelerated Dealer Services, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company and its Affiliates (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our’” or “ADS”) provides the website located http://www.accelerateddealer.com and various related services (the “Site” or “Website”). This Customer Privacy Policy (this “Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) of ADS, effective May 13, 2017, covers the collection, use, and disclosure of information that may be collected by us anytime you interact with us, such as when you visit our Website, when you purchase our products and services online, or when you call our sales or support associates or directors. Please take a moment to carefully read the following to learn more about our information practices, including what type of information is gathered, how the information is used and for what purposes, to whom we disclose the information, and how we safeguard your information. Your privacy is a priority to us, and we go to great lengths to protect it.

Types of Information Collected

Collection Methods and Use of Information
We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you: (a) register for our services and register your email address with us; (b) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; (c) send email messages, submit forms or transmit other information by telephone or letter; or (d) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. THE RIGHTS OF USERS
