BDC Contact Center Agent

This role focuses on engaging leads and setting up appointments with car dealer salespeople.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
  • Navigating CRM system and being able to communicate with Customers at a high level
  • Keep Log of every Appointment and opportunity sent to dealerships
  • Communicates all missed opportunities with BDC Manager
  • Work in a team environment providing customers a top-level experience
  • Maintain benchmark for monthly quota

Skills Required:

  • Excellent telephone skills are a must
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and enjoying texting
  • Overcome customer objections to set the appointments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for the Business Development Manager
  • Determination to effectively follow-up with customers

Expectations:

To provide excellent customer service to the clients at the level that the client would expect.

You must maintain an APPT/HT quota every month. 
Monthly, Daily, and Weekly task are completed every month and are repeated for next months
