This role focuses on engaging leads and setting up appointments with car dealer salespeople.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
- Navigating CRM system and being able to communicate with Customers at a high level
- Keep Log of every Appointment and opportunity sent to dealerships
- Communicates all missed opportunities with BDC Manager
- Work in a team environment providing customers a top-level experience
- Maintain benchmark for monthly quota
Skills Required:
- Excellent telephone skills are a must
- Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Enjoy talking on the phone and enjoying texting
- Overcome customer objections to set the appointments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for the Business Development Manager
- Determination to effectively follow-up with customers
Expectations:
To provide excellent customer service to the clients at the level that the client would expect.
You must maintain an APPT/HT quota every month.
Monthly, Daily, and Weekly task are completed every month and are repeated for next months
