Hey guys, Brian here with ADS is going to give a quick overview of our Facebook ads for the month of May. Uh, so we had 146 leads from our lead gen ads at a cost per lead of $20 and 6 cents. That is just a bit higher than we would like to see it. So we’re working in June to bring that lead costs down just a bit more. And we have a conversion rate of 12.3, 3%, which is good, but we’d like to see it a bit higher. So we have a plan to not only optimize the ads to bring this lead cost down but also increase this conversion rate as well. so overall that contributed to 18 sales at a cost per sale of $162 and 75 cents.

Increasing Leads with Fresh Facebook Ad Content

So a really good first month and we’re going to continue this momentum into June and just finish strong. So, looking at our messenger ads, we have a total of 206 KM per station with 176 of those actually being lead sent to your CRM. So that’s a really good lead conversion rate of 85%. Uh, so that’s definitely where we’d like to see it and see our thing. So combined with our messenger ads and our Facebook ads, we have an overall cost per lead of $8 and 48 cents. And all together we sent over 322 leads to your CRM in the month of May.
